Managers
Managers are users who are allowed to manage a Host account on behalf of the Host.
Managers use their own Persona accounts.
A Host may add multiple Managers.
Adding Managers
To add a Manager:
- Go to the Managers page.
- Search for the user using their username.
- Send a Manager request.
- The selected user receives an approval request through SupaSpace.
- Once approved, the user becomes a Manager.
Managers only become visible in the Host's Manager list after their first successful login.
Manager Access
Managers do not automatically receive operational access.
Managers require:
- page access,
- action permissions,
- or assigned positions.
Managers without positions may have limited or no operational access.
Hosts may suspend Managers at any time.
Suspended Managers lose access regardless of their assigned positions.
Positions and Permissions
Positions define:
- what pages Managers can access,
- and what actions Managers can perform.
A Position works like a role or permission group.
Page Access
Page access controls which pages a Manager may open.
Examples include:
- Spaces page
- Contracts page
- Messaging page
- Analytics page
- Properties page
Important Notes
- The
Accessorpage is always available to Managers. - Other pages require explicit permission.
- A Manager only sees pages they can access.
Page access alone does not grant action permissions.
Action Permissions
Actions define what a Manager can do.
Examples include:
- Check-in Guests
- Create spaces
- Edit contracts
- Release escrows
- Approve requests
- Send messages
A Manager must:
- have page access, AND
- have action permission before performing an activity.
Full Access Positions
Hosts may create Positions with full access.
Managers assigned to these Positions can:
- access all pages,
- and perform all actions.
Hosts should carefully control full-access positions.
Editing and Deleting Positions
Hosts may:
- create,
- edit,
- or delete Positions.
Deleting a Position removes:
- all related page access,
- and all related permissions from assigned Managers.
Managers still retain access to the Accessor page.
