Spaces
Spaces are the actual units Guests acquire.
Spaces may represent:
- an entire Property, OR
- independent units within a Property.
Creating Spaces
To create a Space:
- Open the Property details page.
- Select Create Space.
- Configure Space details.
- Configure pricing and payment options.
- Add galleries and features.
- Attach agreements and restrictions.
- Publish the Space.
Space Currency
Each Space uses a base currency.
Important:
- all attached financial items must match the Space currency.
This includes:
- payment options,
- extras,
- taxes,
- and related costs.
Mismatched currencies may prevent attachment.
Acquisition Types
Hosts may configure acquisition styles including:
BookingRentLeaseSaleBidding
The default acquisition type is Booking.
Hosts should select the acquisition type carefully.
Space Deadlines and Auto Closing
Hosts may set visibility deadlines.
A visibility deadline indicates when the Host intends to stop public visibility.
Important:
- Spaces are not automatically closed unless Auto Closing is enabled.
Space Publishing
Publishing makes a Space publicly visible.
Publishing modes include:
Draft
The Space is not publicly visible.
Preview
The Space is visible but cannot be acquired.
Published
The Space is publicly available for acquisition.
Closed
The Space is hidden from public acquisition.
Purchased
The Space has been acquired either through bidding purchase or sale.
Space Gallery
Hosts may upload:
- images,
- videos,
- and media.
Gallery requirements:

Hosts should upload:
- accurate,

Payment Options
Spaces use Payment Options to define pricing structures.
A Space may:
- have multiple Payment Options,
- while each Payment Option may be reused across multiple Spaces.
Examples:
- Quick Payment
- Installment Plan
- Long-Term Lease
- Flexible Payment
Only matching currencies may be attached.
Extras
Extras are additional costs attached to Spaces.
Examples include:
- Cleaning fees
- Installation costs
- Utility charges
- Security deposits
- Equipment charges
Extras may be:
- compulsory,
- or optional.
Guarantee Extras are refundable.
Features
Features describe what a Space contains.
Examples include:
- Kitchen
- Parking
- Air Conditioning
- Wi-Fi
- Security
- Furniture
Feature groups help Guests understand the Space.
Feature groups may contain multiple feature items.
Sub Spaces
Sub Spaces represent areas within a Space.
Examples:
- Bedrooms
- Kitchens
- Washrooms
- Living rooms
- Hallways
- Balconies
Sub Spaces are informational only.
Sub Spaces are not independently acquirable.
Restrictions
Restrictions clearly explain what is allowed or prohibited.
Examples include:
- No smoking
- No pets
- No loud music
- No commercial use
- Maximum occupancy limits
Restrictions help Guests make informed decisions.
Some Restrictions may affect acquisition eligibility.
Conditions and Agreements
Conditions are legally important agreements attached to Spaces.
Conditions may include:
- house rules,
- payment responsibilities,
- legal terms,
- usage requirements,
- purchase agreements,
- or operational rules.
Conditions become part of Contracts.
Important Legal Note
Hosts should ensure Conditions:
- comply with local laws,
- are clearly written,
- and are understandable.
Guests are expected to review Conditions carefully.
Cloning Spaces
Hosts may duplicate Spaces.
Cloning copies:
- galleries,
- features,
- restrictions,
- payment options,
- extras,
- taxes,
- and Sub Spaces.
The cloned Space:
- receives a new name,
- includes "copy" in the title,
- and starts in
Draftmode.
Cloning helps reduce repetitive setup work.
Cover Duration
Cover Duration blocks specific time ranges.
Guests cannot select unavailable durations.
Examples include:
- maintenance periods,
- reserved dates,
- renovations,
- or unavailable seasons.
Bidding Spaces
Spaces listed for Bidding allow Guests to submit offers.
Hosts may:
- review bids,
- compare offers,
- select bidders,
- and initiate contracts.
Bids are sorted from:
- highest,
- to lowest.
The displayed bid amount excludes taxes and fees.
Deleting Spaces
Spaces may only be deleted if:
- they have no contracts.
Deleting a Space removes:
- galleries,
- Sub Spaces,
- and attached Space-specific content.
Independent reusable items such as:
- Features,
- Taxes,
- Extras,
- and Payment Options remain available.
Archiving Spaces
Hosts may archive Spaces instead of deleting them.
Archived Spaces:
- are hidden,
- cannot be published,
- but remain stored.
Hosts may later restore archived Spaces.
