Properties
Properties represent physical assets.
Examples include:
- Buildings
- Apartments
- Offices
- Land
- Shops
- Billboards
- Warehouses
- Event venues
Properties may:
- themselves be acquirable spaces, OR
- contain multiple independent spaces.
Creating Properties
To create a Property:
- Open the Properties page.
- Click Create Property.
- Enter the Property details.
- Select the neighborhood.
- Specify whether:
- the Property itself is the acquirable space, OR
- the Property contains multiple spaces.
- Save the Property.
Property Types
Entire Property Acquisition
When the Property itself is the acquirable space:
- SupaSpace automatically creates a Space.
- The entire Property becomes the Space.
Examples:
- Entire house for sale
- Entire office building for lease
- Entire land property for purchase
Multi-Space Properties
When the Property contains multiple spaces:
- Hosts manually create individual Spaces.
Examples:
- Apartment buildings
- Shopping malls
- Office complexes
- Co-working buildings
Neighborhood Selection
Each Property requires a neighborhood.
Hosts may:
- search existing neighborhoods,
- or request/add new neighborhoods.
Neighborhood data helps:
- search visibility,
- location filtering,
- and Guest discovery.
Property Media
Hosts should upload accurate Property images.
Property images help Guests:
- verify authenticity,
- understand the environment,
- and evaluate the Property.
Media should:
- be truthful,
- current,
- and relevant.
Property Ownership Details
Hosts may provide title or ownership information.
Ownership information may increase:
- Guest confidence,
- trust,
- and acquisition transparency.
Examples include:
- Title references
- Ownership records
- Legal descriptions
- Verification information
Editing and Deleting Properties
Hosts may edit Properties.
However, Properties can only be deleted if:
- none of the attached Spaces have contracts.
Deleting a Property also deletes:
- related Spaces,
- Sub Spaces,
- galleries,
- and Property-related data.
